Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without providing justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund transaction.
